Please note that the shipping price does not include local import taxes, which may apply to shipments destined for countries outside the European Union. These expenses are not the responsibility of Les Danses Barcelona and must be borne by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

The customer may assume full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling expenses if they choose to refuse a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

If the destination country does not appear during the checkout process, please contact our customer service team at lesdansesbarcelona@gmail.com to confirm the shipping fee.

Returns:

Once you have received your order, you have 14 days to request a return. Once we create and send you the return label, you have 5 days to ship the package. Any return sent after the established period will not be refunded.

Please follow these steps:

1. Send an email requesting the return with your order number to lesdansesbarcelona@gmail.com

2. Once the return is accepted, you will receive an email with the return label and all the steps to return your package.

3. Returned items must be packaged in their original condition and with their corresponding tags. If you are returning a bag or shoes, they must be placed inside their original box, and the return label must not be attached directly to the box. You may reuse our shipping bag or use a new one. Any Les Danses Barcelona product returned in poor condition, damaged, dirty, used, or altered will not be refunded.

There is a fee for each return, which will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, you will need to make a return and place a new order. Please write to us at lesdansesbarcelona@gmail.com so we can assist you.

Delivery failure:

If, after two attempts, delivery of your package is not possible, we will try to find a safe place to leave it and will also leave a note informing you where your package is and how to collect it. If you are not at the delivery location at the agreed time, please contact us to schedule a new delivery date.

These pieces are made to order exclusively for you. Please take a moment to review the sizing information provided with each item, as all made-to-order sales are final. Cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.
If your made-to-order garment has any defect, we will be happy to issue a refund and take the garment back. If we can offer a replacement, we will do our best to make it happen.
